Dead links are...

No fun.
The reason they were dead is because, well, my host had a major meltdown and so I have to re-upload all of the files. So far, I've done the most recent post, and I'll go back, probably about eight posts worth of files.

Anyhow, here's what's new and what's good for me, Ben.

Liam & Me - Say It Out Loud: These guys from West Philadelphia have just actually gone over to the UK to start promotions (in the way that We Are Scientists did), and their sound is really quite awesome. Part power-pop, part indie-rock, part glam, they rock out pretty hard and have a very similar sound to the Killers, albeit without the same type of vocals, but that's not a bad thing by any stretch. Musically, they are very strong, and their debut full-length album, "There's A Difference" is pretty awesome. (Check out their myspace and buy their records.)

Halogen - Baby's Eyes: I professed my love for this Australian outfit back in May 2005 after Noranna was nice enough to post the song "In The Summer", and I have grown to really love their sound. Their album "Sirens", released this year, featuring a haunting and beautiful song called "Baby's Eyes", and it's almost Bjork-esque in both sound and feeling (without it being too experimental and being a little more rocking). Definetly worth checking out.
